With over 25 years of legal and executive experience, Alex delivers legal services that contribute to your business mission and align with your business objectives. Licensed to practice law in Maryland and several Federal Courts, Alex supports businesses and individuals across the United States and internationally.
Alex has served as a military attorney, law firm litigation and business counsel, and hybrid in-house counsel. He began his legal career in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, handling prosecutions, investigations, and advisory work across multiple military commands. Then, after serving as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for two years, he joined a law firm in Baltimore, where he counseled businesses on litigation, contracts, and governance. As General Counsel at VIMRO/HostVentures, he led legal strategy, compliance, and contract negotiation during a period of rapid national expansion.
What sets Alodium Law apart from other law firms is Alex's operational executive business experience as a Chief Operating Officer of a growing IT company and a Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing & Innovation for a company in the pharmaceutical industry.
